Most of the words are carved and then painted in a tasteful gold.

The estimated vintage is the 1960s.

12″ wide x 11.75″ high x 1 1/8″ deep.
Condition:
In excellent to very good preowned condition. There is a small patch where the paint is a little rough, under the 1, on the face of the plaque. See the last photo. It is quite minimal.
